cup olive oil 1 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 medium red onion (sliced) bell pepper (sliced) 1 cup jumbo mushrooms (sliced) 3 Roma tomatoes (quartered) 1/3 cup beef au jus 1 cup heavy cream salt and pepper to taste 6-8 oz of your favorite steak julienned |
Heat
olive oil in skillet, add onion, peppers, tomato, mushrooms, and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper. Add more olive oil if needed. Add steak strips
and au jus, toss and add cream. (You can also use prepared alfredo sauce.)
Simmer for five minutes and add eight oz of fettuccini or your favorite
pasta (already cooked.) Plate and serve with fresh grated Romano cheese.
